ISLAMABAD: A major transformation is underway in the federal capital as development work in Sectors F-14 and F-15 officially picks up pace, signaling the emergence of one of Islamabad’s most anticipated residential hubs. With National Logistics Corporation fully mobilized on site, groundwork has begun to turn long-awaited promises into visible progress.
Strategically located near Tarnol, the sectors enjoy seamless connectivity to key arteries including GT Road and Kashmir Highway, positioning them as highly accessible and attractive for both investors and future residents. The project falls under a government-regulated framework, reinforcing confidence in its planning and execution standards.
Spanning over 10,000 kanals, the large-scale development is designed to accommodate thousands of residential plots within a structured and modern urban layout. Authorities aim to deliver a community that aligns with Islamabad’s evolving housing demands while maintaining its signature planning discipline.
Infrastructure development is being prioritized, with work underway on road networks, drainage systems, sewerage lines, and essential utilities. Urban planners have also incorporated green spaces, parks, and mosques to ensure a balanced and livable environment that caters to both functional and social needs.
Commercial viability remains a central feature of the project, with designated Markaz areas planned to support business activity and community engagement. This integrated approach is expected to boost property value while creating a self-sustaining residential ecosystem.
Officials have also announced a limited-time incentive for allottees, offering up to 10 percent discount on remaining payments. Stakeholders have been urged to adhere to installment schedules, as timely payments will play a critical role in maintaining development momentum and ensuring the project meets its completion timelines.
