ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced a significant step forward in the long-delayed development of Sectors F-14 and F-15, confirming that possession of land will begin in early 2026 as the project transitions into its formal development phase.

According to an official update issued by the authority, development activities for both sectors are progressing steadily, and all prerequisites for the next stage are now in place. The FGEHA has completed the purchase of 3,610 kanals of land, allowing it to begin the process of securing possession and initiating on-ground development works.

The authority further stated that necessary arrangements for ensuring funds for the development phase have also been made, addressing a major concern that previously slowed progress. The update reassured allottees that the agency is committed to accelerating work and delivering long-awaited housing facilities to federal employees.

FGEHA expressed gratitude to allottees for their patience and cooperation, adding that the authority remains available for queries at its UAN helpline.

The development of Sectors F-14 and F-15 has remained under public attention for years due to procedural delays, land acquisition issues and litigation. The latest announcement marks the clearest timeline yet for advancing the project toward execution.
