ISLAMABAD, October 29: Following the successful auction of the famed Robish Market, another prized Bahria Town property — the Club Road Property — has been auctioned off for a record Rs2.05 billion. The winning bid once again came from Advocate Masoor Abbasi, Chief Executive Officer of Azad Digital, who has continued his streak of major real estate acquisitions.

The auction, held on Wednesday, drew participation from several prominent business figures and investors. After intense bidding, Abbasi placed the highest offer and secured ownership of the high-value property.

Located at a prime site on Club Road, the Bahria Town property attracted significant investor attention due to its modern construction features, strategic location, and commercial potential. The auction process was conducted transparently, earning praise from participants.

Following the purchase, Masoor Abbasi said the acquisition was part of Azad Digital’s broader business expansion strategy. “Our goal is to bring Pakistan’s digital and real estate sectors closer together to promote innovative business models,” he stated.

He added that Bahria Town’s transparent auction processes were not only creating new investment opportunities but also helping to encourage responsible and transparent business practices in the national economy.

Earlier, Abbasi had successfully acquired the Robish Market property in a previous Bahria Town auction, a move seen as evidence of his growing business network and expanding investment footprint.

Bahria Town’s management said that more properties would be put up for auction in the coming months to provide the business community with safe, transparent, and sustainable investment opportunities.
