Chairman Capital Development Authority and Chief Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Ali Randhawa visited the Assan Khidmat Markaz building project on December fifteen to review the pace and quality of ongoing construction and renovation work. He was accompanied by Member Engineering Syed Nafasat Raza and senior officers of the authority.

During the visit the chairman inspected construction repair renovation and beautification activities at the site. Officials briefed him on overall progress and informed that more than ninety five percent of the project has been completed. They said the project has entered its final phase with finishing works now under way.

The briefing highlighted that floor cleaning interior finishing and installation of essential fittings are progressing at a fast pace. Furniture installation and other operational requirements are also being completed on a priority basis to ensure the facility is fully functional at the time of inauguration.

Officials further informed that construction activities are being carried out round the clock to meet the targeted completion date. The chairman was told that the Assan Khidmat Markaz project will be completed shortly and opened for the general public to improve service delivery in the federal capital.

It was also shared that modern technology is being integrated into the facility to provide efficient and transparent public services. The Assan Khidmat Markaz will offer services from more than one hundred government departments under one roof including CDA’s One Window Facilitation Center.

Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa stressed that while timely completion is important there will be no compromise on quality standards. He said the Assan Khidmat Markaz will significantly enhance citizen facilitation in Islamabad by reducing delays and improving access to essential services. He directed officers to ensure the highest standards in construction operations and service readiness before opening the facility to the public.
