The required token money has been set at Rs25 million. The monthly rent will be determined through competitive bidding and must be paid in advance. Rent will also increase by 10% annually under the prescribed terms.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the construction, operation and management of the filling stations. This includes obtaining the required no-objection certificates, licences, statutory approvals and meeting all associated expenses.
The maximum construction and completion period is set at nine months or the applicable site-completion deadline, whichever is earlier, according to the announced conditions.
Opportunity for fuel infrastructure investment
The auction is part of the CDA’s broader vision of a greener Islamabad and improved commercial infrastructure. The selected locations include established commercial areas and major road corridors that serve residents, commuters and businesses.
Interested companies are advised to review the complete auction brochure and bidding documents before participating. These documents contain the detailed eligibility requirements, site plans, payment procedures and other conditions.
The planned auction will determine the rental terms through open competition, while placing responsibility for development and operation on the successful bidder.
